Freeman Files started because I wanted to contribute to the growing culture that has demanded the respect of acknowledging greatness. The play that was overlooked, the coaching adjustment that flipped a game, the freshman who’s about to be a problem. So I started breaking the film down, and this site is where the numbers live alongside it.
It’s built for fans. If you’ve been watching for years, there’s plenty here for you. If you just got hooked, welcome. This is a good time to be here.

A few promises
When I give you a stat, I’ll tell you where it came from. When it’s my opinion, I’ll say so. If I get something wrong, I’ll fix it and note it on the corrections page.
The scores and stats come from balldontlie, a licensed data provider (not official NCAA or WNBA data). Freeman Files is independent, not connected to the NCAA, the WNBA or any school or team. It’s for fun and information, not betting advice. The terms have the fine print.
