Privacy policy

Effective October 31, 2026

Freeman Files doesn’t have accounts, ads or tracking cookies, and we don’t sell or share personal information. This page explains everything that happens when you visit.

What we collect

  • Nothing you type in, unless you email us. The team search runs in your browser and isn’t sent to us.
  • Teams you follow stay on your device. Follow saves your teams in your own browser’s storage so the home page and Scores can show them first. We never receive that list, and clearing your browser data removes it.
  • Visit counts. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn’t use cookies or fingerprinting and doesn’t follow you across sites. We see totals only, such as how many people viewed a page and from which country.
  • Email. If you email us, we keep your message to reply and, for corrections, to credit you if you’d like credit.

Services that load with the site

Like any website, a few services receive your IP address and basic browser details so they can deliver content:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from abuse (Cloudflare’s privacy policy).
  • Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces (Google’s privacy policy).
  • YouTube serves video thumbnails. The video player loads only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and Google’s privacy policy applies once you play.

Links to Instagram, YouTube and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Do Not Track and cookies

We don’t track you across sites, so there’s nothing for a Do Not Track signal to turn off; the site works the same either way. Freeman Files sets no cookies. YouTube may set its own once you play a video.

Children

The site is for a general audience and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has emailed us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any email you’ve sent us. Blocking cookies or using a content blocker doesn’t break the site.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the effective date at the top. Bigger changes, such as starting a newsletter or adding accounts, will be called out on this page before they take effect.
